Mid-Market and Corporate Sales Manager - UK&I

Leads and scales Pigment’s UK&I Mid-Market and Corporate sales organization, managing individual contributors and coordinating cross-functional revenue teams. The role requires 5–7+ years of SaaS sales-management experience, enterprise selling expertise, and a record of delivering revenue through complex C-level sales cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Directly manage a team of 6–7 individual contributors and foster a collaborative, high-performing, results-oriented culture.
  • Align revenue functions supporting the region, including Solution Consulting, BDRs, Customer Success, Legal, and Professional Services.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate leads, build pipeline, and exceed revenue targets in the enterprise sales motion.
  • Combine tactical execution with long-term strategic thinking to scale a fast-growing region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes, ensure customer satisfaction, and support company goals.
  • Promote continuous learning and a coachable, growth-oriented team culture.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience, or equivalent, managing Mid-Market and/or Corporate Sales teams; SaaS experience required.
  • Proven track record as a successful Sales Executive.
  • Experience managing 4–8 month deal cycles with average contract values exceeding $70k.
  • Experience building and leading the UK&I market.
  • Experience selling business applications, ideally in finance, supply chain, sales performance management, business planning, business intelligence, or data analytics.
  • Significant revenue impact and strong relationships within organizations with more than 5,000 employees.
  • Experience managing C-level executive relationships through complex sales cycles.
  • Ability to define strategy independently and execute hands-on when needed.
  • Fluency in English.
