Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end systems across mobile and backend for TrueMotion-driven computer vision experiences.
- Build interactive mobile and full-stack features that monitor movement, coach performance, and track recovery progress.
- Deliver end-to-end features and audit architecture for scaling and performance bottlenecks.
- Lead architectural discussions and solve complex mobile and full-stack engineering problems.
- Establish observability through monitoring, logging, and error tracking.
- Design performant APIs, mobile application architecture, and data models.
- Profile systems to maintain a fast, responsive mobile experience.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing.
- Improve team workflows, tooling, and architecture through significant quarterly upgrades.
- Collaborate with product, design, data science, and computer vision teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years building and shipping mobile applications.
- 3+ years with backend technologies such as TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, or GraphQL.
- 2+ years with cloud platforms and containerization tools.
- Experience with distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools for development workflows, code quality, and debugging.
Nice-to-haves
- 3+ years building and shipping mobile applications with React Native.
- Experience with event-driven architectures and Apache Kafka.
- Proficiency with Datadog and Sentry.
- Strong understanding of system design, mobile application architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with computer vision-driven mobile user experiences.
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading architectural discussions across teams.
- English and French proficiency.

- Salary: $134,400–$201,600.
