Responsibilities
- Set and evolve the brand’s creative vision, translating it into storytelling that drives awareness and consideration.
- Lead integrated campaigns from platform and concept through production and final execution across brand film and broadcast, social, partnerships, activations, and owned channels.
- Champion bold ideas and present them clearly to marketing, product, and executive stakeholders.
- Develop social-first work, talent and partner collaborations, and shareable brand moments.
- Partner with brand, growth, product marketing, and media leads to ensure campaigns support full-funnel business goals and are measurable.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of art directors, designers, and copywriters.
- Run creative reviews and brainstorms, providing clear and actionable direction.
- Manage external creative agencies, production houses, media partners, and talent partners.
- Use AI tools in concepting, iteration, and production, helping the team adopt effective workflows.
- Monitor members, the category, and the cultural landscape to inform creative work.
Requirements
- 8+ years of creative leadership experience, including at least 5 years leading brand-level work.
- Portfolio of consumer-facing campaigns demonstrating the strategic problem, creative idea, and results.
- Experience building or significantly shaping a brand platform that changed how people viewed a company.
- Experience in a creative agency environment.
- Experience across brand film or broadcast, social-native work, and partnership or activation initiatives.
- Track record of leading and developing a small in-house creative team and managing external partners.
- Understanding of full-funnel marketing, including lower-funnel creative.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Practical experience using AI tools in the creative process and a clear perspective on their appropriate use.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $201,000–$279,000 annually.
- Eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits.
