Responsibilities
- Build and lead a unified Brand & Creative function, defining its mandate, operating model, and standards.
- Own brand and creative strategy in service of pipeline, demand, brand awareness, and reputation.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team across content, social/brand, and design.
- Own the editorial calendar and direct creative across the funnel on a deliberate, measurable cadence.
- Generate creative concepts for demand-generation experimentation.
- Define and maintain brand and creative standards, voice, and tone; collaborate with channel leads on implementation.
- Partner with Demand Generation and Product Marketing to address content gaps and support target-account programs.
- Define measurement for brand and creative impact, tying efforts to pipeline, demand, and awareness.
- Report candidly on results, including wins and misses.
- Represent Brand & Creative in marketing leadership forums and contribute to company-wide go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in brand, design, or creative direction.
- 3+ years building and leading creative teams.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or an agency environment preferred.
- Portfolio covering system-level brand work, including identity, guidelines, and messaging frameworks, plus execution across web, content, social, and campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to connect brand and creative work to pipeline, demand, and awareness metrics.
- Ability to translate business goals into creative briefs, concepts, and measurable outcomes.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary design, content, and social teams as a player-coach.
- Experience building scalable brand systems and creative processes, including guidelines, templates, and workflows.
- Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills, including executive-level creative presentations.
- Analytical approach to measuring and reporting brand and creative impact.
- Comfortable partnering across demand generation, product marketing, and corporate communications.
- Proficiency with macOS and remote collaboration tools.

Compensation
- US base compensation: $180,000–$215,000 annually.
