Build and lead the people function through 10x headcount growth: the systems, the programs, and the team.
- Own the employee lifecycle end to end, including onboarding, comp cycles, performance, offboarding, built to scale before they break.
- Put AI at the core of people operations so a lean team supports a multiple of its size.
- Partner with leadership on org design, leveling, and the calls that shape culture.
- Own employment compliance across states and countries as sites multiply.

- Built or rebuilt a people function at a company growing this fast.
- Implemented people systems and made them stick past the launch email.
- Give executives hard feedback and keep the relationship.
- Handled multi-state and multi-country employment complexity firsthand.
- Automate before you hire, and can point to where.
