Senior Product Manager
Own end-to-end product discovery, delivery, launch, and adoption for Blee’s enterprise AI compliance platform. The role requires strong customer discovery, technical fluency, backlog management, and experience shipping B2B software across enterprise user groups.

Responsibilities
- Identify underserved user groups and workflows, validate their needs, and translate problems into reusable product capabilities.
- Write requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, edge cases, and test cases.
- Conduct weekly customer discovery and synthesize stakeholder conversations, product usage, and Sales and Customer Success feedback.
- Manage the customer and internal request queue, prioritizing opportunities that can drive meaningful usage across user groups.
- Coordinate features from development through launch, including documentation, enablement, customer communication, adoption tracking, and iteration.
- Define adoption goals and use activation, repeat usage, and qualitative feedback to guide improvements.
- Contribute customer insights, usage data, engineering context, and recommendations to roadmap and prioritization decisions.
- Help establish and improve product processes as the company scales.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience as a Product Manager with direct ownership of shipping software.
- Experience managing an engineering backlog and taking features from discovery through launch.
- Track record of shipping B2B software for enterprise customers and expanding usage across teams or user groups.
- Strong customer discovery and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in an early-stage or fast-growing environment where product processes were created or improved.
- Daily use of AI for drafting and evaluating specifications, synthesizing customer conversations, querying product data, and prototyping.
- Strong written communication and ability to turn ambiguous problems into actionable product requirements.
- Technical fluency sufficient to participate in architecture and implementation discussions and earn engineers’ trust.
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams and senior legal, compliance, and marketing stakeholders.
- Based in the San Francisco Bay Area or New York City and willing to work from the office two to three days per week.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10% to meet customers in person.

- Salary of $160,000–$230,000 plus equity.
