Own the clinical platform primitives that enable configurable care pathways, trustworthy patient records, partner integrations, and AI-native healthcare at scale. The role requires 6+ years of product management experience, including substantial platform, infrastructure, or API product ownership.

Responsibilities
- Own the clinical platform vision, strategy, and roadmap across the validated patient record, patient identity, service catalog, composition grammar, and authoring surface.
- Define how care services compose across licensure, modality, and supply source.
- Establish the patient record schema, validation rules, identity model, and integrations that write to it.
- Build configurable authoring tools for clinical strategy, partnerships, external partners, and AI agents.
- Serve as DRI for the extended networks platform and external clinical partner integrations.
- Publish and version interfaces used by internal and external teams, and manage migrations and deprecations.
- Partner with clinical strategy, partnerships, AI research, clinical vendors, and health plan stakeholders.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience.
- At least two products owned in platform, infrastructure, or API domains used by engineering teams.
- Experience abstracting hard-coded behavior into data-driven, configurable systems.
- Experience designing core entities and lifecycles, shipping versioned interfaces, and managing deprecations.
- Experience building products where misconfiguration had real, auditable consequences in high-stakes environments.
- Strong strategic vision, prioritization, stakeholder management, and cross-functional execution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute beyond a formal role description.
Nice-to-haves
- Startup experience, particularly in a rapidly growing company.
- Experience shipping a rules engine, policy editor, or pathway builder for production use by non-engineers.
- Healthcare platform experience.
- Familiarity with FHIR and LOINC.
- A favorite Lord of the Rings character.
Compensation & Benefits
- $160,000–$205,000 salary.
