Responsibilities
- Own a 0-to-1 product surface from customer discovery through general availability and self-serve growth.
- Identify ambiguous opportunities such as agentic payments, stablecoin rails, data APIs, or new chain ecosystems and turn them into shipped products with usage and revenue.
- Run discovery and sales calls, write product pitches and specifications, and partner closely with design and engineering through production delivery.
- Represent developer needs through support channels, GitHub issues, customer Slack channels, and hands-on terminal work.
- Define standards for latency, reliability, developer experience, quality, and speed.
- Make decisions with incomplete information, document rationale, and revisit decisions as data changes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Meaningful experience with developer platforms, APIs, or infrastructure products.
- Experience shipping products that engineers integrate.
- Product-led growth experience, including self-serve funnels, activation and conversion metrics, pricing and packaging, and usage-based monetization.
- Founder mentality and experience starting a company, business line, or new product.
- Strong bias to action, customer validation, commercial judgment, and ability to work in ambiguity.
- Comfortable participating in sales calls, design reviews, and production incidents.
- Technical fluency sufficient to read API specifications, write curl requests, prototype with AI coding agents, and collaborate with senior engineers.
