Responsibilities
- Own a 0→1 developer-platform product surface from customer discovery through general availability and self-serve growth.
- Turn ambiguous opportunities—such as agentic payments, stablecoin rails, data APIs, or new chain ecosystems—into shipped products with usage and revenue.
- Run discovery and sales calls, write product pitches and specifications, and partner closely with design and engineering.
- Ensure products are delivered successfully in production and adopted by developers.
- Monitor support channels, GitHub issues, customer Slack channels, and developer workflows to represent customer needs.
- Define quality standards for latency, reliability, and developer experience.
- Make product decisions with incomplete information, document the rationale, and adapt based on data.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Meaningful experience with developer platforms, APIs, or infrastructure products.
- Track record of shipping products that engineers integrate.
- Product-led growth experience, including self-serve funnels, activation and conversion metrics, pricing and packaging, and usage-based monetization.
- Founder mentality and experience starting a company, business line, or new product.
- Bias toward action, rapid customer validation, and evidence-based product development.
- Customer and commercial fluency across sales calls, design reviews, and production incidents.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating structure.
- Technical ability to read API specifications, write curl requests, prototype with AI coding agents, and collaborate with senior engineers.
