Responsibilities
- Lead product for a dedicated product, design, and engineering pod, building high-impact features.
- Discover, plan, and own the roadmap for agentic marketing products.
- Ship new features and drive adoption in collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Conduct continuous user research and collaborate across the business to understand customers.
- Communicate and document product progress and learnings across the organization.
- Work with the Chief Product Officer and leadership to define product strategy.
- Track and measure performance, use analytics to uncover insights, and run hypothesis-driven experiments where applicable.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of full-time industry experience in product management.
- Strong understanding of user-centric and agile development practices.
- Passion for creating excellent user experiences and customer-loved products.
- Ability to operate resourcefully in an early-stage environment and validate concepts quickly.
- Clear communication skills and ability to maintain organizational alignment in a hypergrowth environment.
