Core Responsibilities
- Source passive candidates through direct outreach, referral networks, research, and sourcing tools. Continuously reassess what's working.
- Review inbound applicants and referrals, screening candidates with a genuine eye for fit, not just credentials.
- Own the candidate experience from first outreach through to pre-offer stage. You're their main point of contact.
- Maintain meticulous candidate records within our ATS.
- Share pipeline data and market insights with the broader Talent team proactively.

What We Require
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, talent-spotting, or recruiting-adjacent role.
- Experience using an ATS to source, track, and manage candidates.
- Extraordinary interpersonal skills and instinct for building relationships quickly.
