About the role

Core Responsibilities

  • Source passive candidates through direct outreach, referral networks, research, and sourcing tools. Continuously reassess what's working.
  • Review inbound applicants and referrals, screening candidates with a genuine eye for fit, not just credentials.
  • Own the candidate experience from first outreach through to pre-offer stage. You're their main point of contact.
  • Maintain meticulous candidate records within our ATS.
  • Share pipeline data and market insights with the broader Talent team proactively.

What We Require
