Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales as a technical expert during discovery, scoping, and solution design, owning the technical narrative from first call through close.
- Lead tailored product demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements for compliance, onboarding, and underwriting workflows.
- Develop implementation plans, timelines, and success criteria for client deployments.
- Serve as the primary technical contact during onboarding, coordinating with Engineering, Product, and Data teams to resolve integration questions.
- Design and deliver customer training and technical documentation.
- Synthesize post-implementation feedback into Product roadmap input.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities and create enablement materials.
- Apply knowledge of FinTech, RegTech, AI, KYB, KYC, AML, fraud detection, and SMB lending in customer and internal discussions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Implementation within FinTech, RegTech, or B2B SaaS serving financial institutions.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Node.js, and React.
- Working knowledge of AI technologies and their FinTech applications.
- Experience with KYB, KYC, AML, fraud, or identity verification workflows is advantageous.
- Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder implementations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools such as Jira or Monday.com.
