Responsibilities
- Solve real business needs at large scale by applying software engineering.
- Ensure consistent delivery against milestones and strong alignment with the field, working closely with product leadership.
- Evolve organizational structure to align with long-term initiatives and build high-performing teams with effective communication.
- Manage technical debt, make long-term technical architecture decisions, and balance the product roadmap.
- Lead and participate in technical, product, and design discussions.
- Build, manage, and operate highly scalable cloud services.
- Grow team leaders through coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of industry experience building and supporting large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience building, growing, and managing high-performance teams.
- Ability to attract and hire engineers who meet company hiring principles.
- Experience building and running cloud platforms, or the ability to quickly learn new SaaS concepts.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product management and directly with customers.
- Ability to understand product and customer personas deeply.
