What You'll Work On

  • Special projects — own whatever the most important, time-sensitive, and ambiguous thing is at any given moment; scope will shift as the company's needs do
  • Pricing & packaging — build the analytical frameworks and competitive context to inform how we price and position our products
  • Org design — work with the CEO and leadership team to think through how we structure and scale the organization as we grow
  • Partnerships strategy — identify, evaluate, and close strategic partnerships; own the relationship and the commercial terms
  • Marketing program management — drive execution of cross-functional marketing initiatives from planning through measurement

Who You Are

  • 5–8 years of experience, with roots in strategy consulting or investment banking and at least one chapter as an operator at a startup or high-growth company
  • You've been a GM, a founder, a chief of staff, or played a similar role where you owned a P&L or a major cross-functional outcome, not just advised on one
  • You're equally comfortable building a model, writing a memo, running a meeting, and following up to close a loop
  • You thrive in ambiguity and don't need a fully scoped brief to get started
  • You have strong opinions, but you hold them loosely and update when you see new data
  • You communicate clearly and directly, to the CEO, to external partners, and to teams across the company
