Field Marketing Manager
Owns end-to-end field marketing strategy, events, partner playbooks, campaigns, and budget optimization for a SaaS segment. The role requires 4–6 years of field, channel, or demand generation marketing experience, plus Salesforce expertise and strong cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities
- Own field marketing strategy, budget, annual and monthly events plans, and portfolio optimization for a segment.
- Develop repeatable partner playbooks, sales activation frameworks, regional toolkits, and quality-assurance checklists.
- Plan and execute flagship events and always-on campaigns from briefing through follow-up and postmortem.
- Source vendors, negotiate contracts, manage timelines, and ensure strong onsite execution.
- Build, launch, and maintain Salesforce and Outreach campaigns, using Sendoso where applicable, with attribution to pipeline and revenue.
- Define KPIs, create dashboards, publish retrospectives, and shift budget based on performance.
- Align sales, revenue operations, demand generation, field marketing, and marketing operations on priorities, calendars, and measurement.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in field, channel, or demand generation marketing.
- Experience owning marketing strategy, budgets, and hands-on execution in high-growth SaaS.
- Ability to build and scale repeatable partner playbooks that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
- Financial and operational rigor, including vendor management and budget optimization.
- Salesforce experience; Outreach and Sendoso experience preferred.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, solve problems creatively, execute quickly, and manage high throughput.
Compensation
- Annual salary range of $114,000–$143,000, plus benefits and equity.
