Enterprise Account Executive
Own the full-cycle enterprise sales motion across Northern Europe, from pipeline generation through complex, multi-stakeholder deal closure. The role requires 5+ years of quota-carrying enterprise SaaS experience, Northern Europe market expertise, structured MEDDIC/MEDDPICC execution, and fluency with technical and executive buyers.

Responsibilities
- Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets across a defined Northern Europe enterprise territory.
- Build pipeline proactively through outbound prospecting and territory/account planning, with at least 50% sourced independently.
- Run discovery and qualification using MEDDIC/MEDDPICC.
- Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, including discovery, demonstrations, technical validation, proposals, procurement, negotiations, and closing.
- Translate automation and AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
- Orchestrate multi-threaded deals across champions, technical evaluators, security, procurement, and economic buyers.
- Create mutual action plans with customers and maintain clear milestones through signature.
- Maintain CRM hygiene, forecast accuracy, and account notes in Salesforce.
- Partner with Solutions Engineering, SDRs, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success.
- Represent n8n at events and in-market across Northern Europe, with customer travel as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years in quota-carrying enterprise SaaS sales roles with consistent overachievement.
- Proven success selling to enterprises in Northern Europe, with relevant language skills.
- Experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals involving procurement, legal review, and high scrutiny.
- Structured sales-methodology execution using MEDDIC or MEDDPICC.
- Ability to engage C-level stakeholders and technical audiences including DevOps, SecOps, and IT Ops.
- Consultative selling approach focused on customer outcomes.
- Strong CRM discipline and forecast rigor.
- Effective collaboration with sales engineering, customer success, marketing, and RevOps teams.
- Existing right to work in the country of employment, except that visas can be sponsored for Germany.
- Fluency in English, the company language.

- Experience selling in or alongside open-source ecosystems.
- Experience selling workflow automation, integrations, API-first platforms, DevOps, SecOps, or IT Ops products.
- Experience in an early-stage or scaling company.
