Hands-on IT engineering role responsible for securing and scaling identity, endpoints, office networks, SaaS tools, and compliance systems. Requires enterprise IT automation experience, IAM and MDM expertise, scripting skills, and familiarity with office infrastructure and security standards.

Responsibilities
- Own and deliver technical projects across identity, endpoint management, office infrastructure, automation, and compliance.
- Work with Security and Operations teams to secure endpoints, offices, networks, and SaaS tools while supporting employee productivity.
- Build scalable IT systems for a growing company, global footprint, and new offices.
- Manage enterprise-scale IT systems with an automation-first mindset.
- Maintain device configuration, compliance checks, and IT security automation.
- Manage office network equipment and support office buildouts.
- Maintain compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar standards.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on background in IT Engineering, Technical Operations, or a DevOps-adjacent role.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management technologies, including SAML, SCIM, and OIDC.
- Experience with Okta and Google Workspace.
- Expertise with mobile device management tooling such as Jamf, Kandji, or Fleet across a device fleet.
- Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
- Experience managing office network equipment such as Cisco Meraki or Ubiquiti, including office buildouts.
- Experience maintaining compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar standards.
- Friendly, end-user-focused approach.
- Prior experience in a high-growth or startup environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience implementing corporate security controls or working in a security role.
- Hands-on experience with VPNs, firewalls, and secure network environments, including Zero Trust networking.
- Experience with OSquery and Santa.
- Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code experience.
- Open-source contributions, such as tools built to automate tasks.
