GlimpseGlimpse

Enterprise Account Executive

Owns full-cycle enterprise sales to major CPG brands, driving net new revenue through multi-stakeholder deals, complex negotiations, and structured methodologies like MEDDPICC/Challenger. Requires 6+ years B2B SaaS/fintech sales experience closing six/seven-figure deals.

About the job

What You'll Do

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle — from executive-level discovery through complex negotiations, procurement, and close — on a smaller number of higher-value, longer-horizon deals.
  • Drive net new revenue by identifying and engaging strategic prospects within major CPG brands, building relationships across finance, accounting, operations, and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Lead multi-threaded deals with discipline — managing multiple stakeholders, navigating procurement and legal processes, and maintaining momentum across extended sales cycles.
  • Develop and execute account plans that map Glimpse's value to each prospect's specific financial workflows, business priorities, and organizational structure.
  • Apply a structured enterprise sales methodology — leveraging MEDDPICC/Challenger and executive selling principles to qualify rigorously and advance deals with precision.
  • Partner with sales leadership and product to define enterprise structure, pricing, and positioning — and feed market intelligence back into our roadmap and GTM strategy.
  • Build and codify the enterprise sales playbook, establishing the frameworks, processes, and benchmarks that will define how Glimpse scales upmarket.
  • Represent Glimpse at industry events and conferences, building pipeline and elevating our presence with the brands and buyers that matter most.

Ideal Qualifications

  • 6+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or AI-enabled services
  • Proven track record of closing six-figure and seven-figure deals with complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes
  • Experience engaging and building trust at the CFO, VP Finance, or Controller level
  • Skilled at navigating enterprise procurement, legal, and security review cycles
  • Experience selling to CPG brands
  • Hands-on experience with modern sales tools — HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Fathom, or similar
  • Comfortable operating in an early-stage environment where the infrastructure is being built as we go
  • Based in NYC and able to travel ~30% for customer meetings, on-sites, and conferences
  • Exceptional communicator — compelling in the boardroom, precise in writing, and credible at every level of a buying organization
