- Help shape product direction and culture
- Work directly with founder every day — build and launch together

- Product used by 1M+ people or 10K+ devices shipped
- Built something with >$1M revenue
- Raised >$1M as founder/solo builder

Compensation
- Salary: $100,000 - $200,000
- Significant equity
- Full ownership over technical direction
