Partners with government agencies to develop and deploy GenAI applications using OpenAI API, from strategy to production. Requires 7+ years public sector technical consulting, TS/SCI clearance, and ML implementation experience.

Responsibilities
- Deeply embed with public sector customers as the technical lead, ideate and build novel applications on the OpenAI API.
- Work with senior stakeholders to identify best GenAI applications and build a comprehensive backlog for their AI roadmap.
- Accelerate customer time to value through hands-on prototypes or strategic guidance, collaborating with systems integrators and partners.
- Forge and manage relationships with customer and partner leadership to ensure successful deployment and scale.
- Contribute to open-source developer and enterprise resources.
- Scale the AI Deployment Engineering function by sharing knowledge, codifying best practices, and publishing notebooks.
- Validate, synthesize, and deliver feedback to Product, Engineering, and Research teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of technical consulting (or equivalent) experience with public sector customers (U.S. federal preferred), bridging technical teams and senior stakeholders.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Successfully led GenAI or traditional ML implementations for government agencies in collaboration with systems integrators and partners.
- Understand network and cloud architecture, including on-premise deployments.
- Effective communicator who can translate business and technical topics to all audiences.
- Industry experience in programming languages like Python or JavaScript.
- Own problems end-to-end, willing to learn as needed.
- Humble attitude, eager to help colleagues, high throughput operator managing multiple projects.
