Build and deploy secure enterprise AI agents, integrations, and automated workflows that improve internal productivity and business operations. Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy secure, production-ready enterprise AI solutions using Workato, MCP frameworks, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, and related technologies.
- Develop AI agents and assistants that automate workflows across IT, Security, Finance, HR, Legal, and GTM functions.
- Create reusable patterns for agent orchestration, prompt design, context management, and human-review workflows.
- Build and maintain end-to-end automated workflows and integrate SaaS applications, internal systems, and data services.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through automation and process optimization.
- Implement security, privacy, compliance, and responsible-AI controls, including protections against data leakage, prompt injection, and unauthorized access.
- Develop reusable AI components, templates, and integrations; document implementation patterns and support internal teams adopting AI-enabled workflows.
- Leverage enterprise AI tools to improve employee productivity, identify high-value use cases, and measure solution effectiveness.
- Partner with business stakeholders, IT, Security, Enterprise Applications, and other teams to translate operational requirements into scalable implementations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise engineering, software engineering, automation, or IT systems.
- Hands-on experience building integrations and workflows with Workato, Tines, or similar platforms.
- Experience with LLM-based applications, prompt engineering, AI assistants, or agent frameworks.
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and SaaS ecosystems.
- Experience implementing security and compliance controls in cloud environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently deliver technical solutions.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with MCP or similar agent and context-management frameworks.
- Experience extending Microsoft 365 Copilot and using Microsoft Graph APIs.
- Experience with Claude or other enterprise AI platforms.
- Familiarity with AI governance and responsible AI principles.
- Experience supporting internal platforms or business systems within a SaaS company.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $127,460.25–$186,941.70 annually.
- Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission plan and stock options.
