Responsibilities
- Own prioritized cross-functional operating constraints end-to-end, from discovery through measurable outcomes and durable ownership.
- Diagnose bottlenecks across domains such as HR, Finance, Engineering capacity, regional operating models, broker-dealer operations, AML scale, reconciliations, and operational readiness.
- Measure current performance, redesign workflows, and build the processes, automation, governance, or infrastructure needed to remove constraints.
- Mobilize Engineering, Product, Operations, and functional teams when appropriate, and drive adoption until outcomes improve.
- Partner with functional leaders and senior stakeholders without absorbing their recurring execution responsibilities.
- Create operating leverage through workflow redesign, automation, organizational design, decision improvements, vendor changes, or hiring.
- Establish baselines for velocity, capacity, and operational friction; communicate trade-offs and escalate scope or priority decisions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated ownership of complex, cross-functional operating initiatives from diagnosis through implementation and measurable outcomes.
- Builder-operator mindset with end-to-end ownership of ambiguous, high-stakes problems.
- Systems thinking and ability to learn unfamiliar domains quickly.
- Proven ability to influence without authority and mobilize cross-functional teams.
- Strong prioritization, judgment, and ability to challenge scope with evidence.
- Analytical rigor, including defining metrics and measuring before-and-after impact.
- Commitment to implementation, adoption, and durable change.

- Experience in internal product, strategy and operations, business operations, or operational transformation.
- Fluency with AI and automation for creating operating leverage.
- FinTech or brokerage experience, particularly in business development operations.
