Responsibilities
Drive adoption of Speakeasy AI Control Plane through full sales cycle from qualified opportunity to close
Work with mid-market and enterprise buyers on AI-native workflows, discovery, demos, contract negotiation, and deal closing
Partner with GTM, product, and marketing to refine positioning, messaging, and market strategy
Build sales playbook as an early sales hire
Requirements
3–5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding quota
Experience selling technical, developer-adjacent or infrastructure products
Strong discovery and qualification instincts
Ability to build and advance C-suite and SVP relationships, manage multi-quarter sales cycles with technical evaluations and enterprise procurement
Manage pipeline of 15–30 active opportunities with excellent forecasting and CRM hygiene
