Responsibilities
- Architect and administer core enterprise platforms, including Atlassian Jira and Confluence, Google Workspace, and Slack.
- Lead enterprise SaaS adoption, optimization, and roadmap development, including AI-native capabilities such as Slack AI and Atlassian AI.
- Administer, configure, and troubleshoot a catalog of 30+ SaaS platforms.
- Use SaaS Management Platforms to maintain visibility, optimize licenses, and ensure system health.
- Champion AI tools that accelerate solution development and engineering velocity.
- Maintain and improve user lifecycle workflows for onboarding and offboarding.
- Conduct SaaS environment audits to identify improvements, optimize resource utilization, and enhance security posture.
- Create and maintain authoritative documentation for supported applications and processes.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional IT systems experience in a fast-paced environment supporting a hybrid or distributed workforce.
- Extensive hands-on experience administering and architecting Okta, Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Slack.
- Experience managing and supporting a broad portfolio of SaaS platforms beyond the core stack.
- Demonstrated interest or experience using AI tools to increase engineering velocity and automate manual work.
- Proficiency with Okta for identity governance and administration and user lifecycle initiatives.
- Ability to support infrastructure and automation teams without owning those domains.
- Ability to learn quickly, engage with technical details, and understand the products being supported.
Nice to Have
- Experience using SaaS Management Platforms such as Productiv, Lumos, or Torii.
Compensation
- Base wage range: $147,000–$190,000 per year.
