Senior Advisor - Part Time
Provides part-time senior strategic and operational advice to NIH’s ECHO Program, with emphasis on federal compliance, data governance, privacy protections, and stakeholder engagement. Requires a related master’s degree and specialized advisory experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level strategic and operational advisory support to help Government leadership align program resources with mission-critical needs and ensure scientific activities meet established performance standards.
- Advise Government staff on compliance with federal transparency, reporting, and data-sharing requirements, including the FDA Modernization Act, the Open Government Data Act of 2018, and the NIH Public Access Policy.
- Guide data governance and privacy protections for sensitive personal health information in accordance with HIPAA and applicable privacy provisions.
- Support strategic engagement with research, programmatic, and community stakeholders to strengthen program credibility and identify risks early.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Three years of specialized experience.
- A bachelor's degree plus additional specialized experience may be considered equivalent to a master's degree.
