Owns end-to-end resolution of EDI implementation issues for clients, carriers, and internal teams, while driving root-cause analysis and process improvements. Requires US insurance and benefits experience, customer-facing operations experience, and familiarity with EDI/API configurations and support tools.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, insurance carriers, and internal partners, owning end-to-end resolution of EDI implementation issues.
- Investigate root causes of complex issues and collaborate with R&D and internal stakeholders on process and automation enhancements.
- Communicate with stakeholders throughout assigned cases.
- Manage complex escalations and issues.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing operational role, such as implementation, support, EDI, or operations.
- Experience with US-based insurance and benefits required.
- Knowledge of EDI/API configurations and setups.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and execution.
- Strong problem-solving, research, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Willingness to learn new subject matter and processes.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar support-ticketing systems, such as Zendesk.
- Experience with Jira.
- Client de-escalation experience.
- Professional use of Gemini, ChatGPT, or a similar large language model.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience at a SaaS or startup company.
