Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Own market business health and deliver Flexdrive OKRs by analyzing market data, identifying performance gaps, managing fleet operating costs, and improving processes.
• Lead the team supporting Lyft drivers through the end-to-end Express Drive rental process; keep team members current on training and procedures.
• Coach and develop team members through regular one-on-ones, professional development discussions, and timely feedback.
• Manage the vehicle supply lifecycle, from in-fleeting through maintenance, decommissioning, and disposition, while reducing out-of-service time and resolving escalated vehicle issues.
• Manage local-site hiring, onboarding, and talent retention.
• Manage relationships with vendors and partners, including service providers, collision shops, and internal and external teams, to improve vehicle quality and turnaround time.
• Oversee site maintenance, security, and safety, partnering cross-functionally to maintain a safe, compliant workplace.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience managing a retail, customer service, or vehicle rental team.
• Experience managing vendors and partners.
• Experience coaching and developing team members.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and adapt throughout the workday.
• Experience using dashboards, data, and metrics to manage performance.
• Valid unrestricted driver's license, satisfactory driving record, and eligibility to be insured under Lyft's policy.
• Must reside in a state registered for Flexdrive Services LLC.

Nice-to-haves

• 3+ years managing hard assets in a fleet management business, such as car rental or fleet management companies.

• Base pay range: $53,860-$67,320 for the Philadelphia area, excluding potential equity, bonus, and benefits.
