Product Marketing Manager
Owns product positioning, messaging, and launch execution for technically sophisticated products, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Experience. The role requires excellent writing, product judgment, project management, and autonomous cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities
- Develop positioning, messaging, and core narratives for feature releases, key launches, and strategic product narratives.
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Design to refine how products are presented across in-product and external surfaces.
- Create and coordinate launch deliverables, including changelogs, demos, enablement materials, email, social copy, and go-to-market communications.
- Equip Sales, Customer Experience, and other customer-facing teams with context and materials to communicate new launches effectively.
- Bring customer insight, product understanding, and market context into product and launch decisions.
Requirements
- Exceptional writing and editorial judgment, with the ability to make complex ideas clear and compelling.
- Strong positioning and messaging skills grounded in customer problems, product truth, and differentiation.
- Great project management skills and the ability to track substantial detail.
- Comfort going deep on product details and building credibility with Product, Engineering, and Design.
- Strong judgment, ownership, and the ability to operate autonomously while maintaining a high quality bar.
