IT Support, EMEA Regional Lead

Leads onsite IT support for the Dublin office and coordinates regional support across EMEA. The role combines hands-on troubleshooting with employee lifecycle operations, AV and event readiness, vendor and inventory management, executive support, and scalable process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Own the EMEA IT support experience, including prioritization, escalations, systemic improvements, and regional support coverage.
  • Coordinate support across offices and time zones to deliver a consistent employee experience.
  • Lead onboarding and offboarding workflows, including device preparation, account readiness, access coordination, and day-one support.
  • Support conference rooms, executive meetings, events, and other high-visibility gatherings.
  • Manage procurement, repairs, maintenance, inventory tracking, vendors, and device management practices.
  • Partner with Workplace Services, Security, and other stakeholders on office growth, workplace technology, and office readiness.
  • Improve documentation, workflows, automation, inventory processes, onboarding, and related IT operations.
  • Provide executive and white-glove support when needed.
  • Communicate with technical and non-technical partners and drive initiatives through influence and organization.
  • Mentor junior teammates and help scale regional support practices.

Requirements

  • Strong technical expertise in macOS and working knowledge of Windows.
  • Experience with identity and device management tools such as Azure AD, Jamf, and Intune.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Atlassian products.
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting AV and collaboration systems such as Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Crestron.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating support across multiple offices, stakeholder groups, or time zones.
  • Track record of improving support operations through documentation, workflow design, automation, or lightweight scripting.
  • Experience managing vendors, inventory, procurement, and workplace technology operations.
  • Cross-functional project management skills and the ability to drive initiatives through influence and follow-through.
  • Customer-first mindset, sound operational judgment, and composure in high-pressure support situations.
  • Ability to work onsite in the Dublin office five days per week.
