Own Sentry’s editorial strategy across its blog, newsletter, thought leadership, and premium content programs. The role requires strong writing and editing, technical fluency with developer audiences, executive ghostwriting experience, and highly self-directed execution.

Responsibilities
- Co-lead the blog strategy and manage the editorial calendar with Growth.
- Build a narrative-driven editorial program spanning thought leadership, customer content, and employer brand content.
- Collaborate with Communications, Developer Experience, Product Marketing, and Growth to develop and promote industry narratives.
- Serve as the final editor for quality, prose, voice, and consistency.
- Monitor developer and infrastructure industry trends and turn them into timely content.
- Partner with executives on content development and ghostwriting.
- Write, publish, and optimize the monthly newsletter using performance insights.
- Lead the content components of data reports, ebooks, and case studies.
- Support Product Marketing and Enterprise teams in developing customer stories.
Requirements
- Experience owning an editorial calendar, blog, or content program at a B2B or developer-focused company.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Experience ghostwriting for executives and adapting tone and voice for different audiences.
- Experience running a newsletter, including writing, publishing, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with developer tools, infrastructure, or software.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and execute with limited oversight.
- Technical fluency with concepts such as SDKs, error monitoring, and observability.
