Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to lead technical strategy across enterprise opportunities from qualification through closed-won.
- Lead customer discovery, uncover technical challenges and business goals, and translate needs into tailored solutions and measurable outcomes.
- Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution workshops for technical, business, and executive audiences.
- Own technical evaluations end-to-end, including scoping use cases, defining success criteria, creating project plans, and managing timelines and accountability.
- Identify and develop technical champions across multi-stakeholder environments.
- Provide customer and field feedback to Product Management and Engineering teams.
- Maintain accurate opportunity, activity, and customer-interaction records in relevant systems.
- Resolve technical and organizational blockers with Product, Support, and GTM teams.
- Mentor peers, share best practices, and create reusable enablement assets.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or a technical customer-facing role in an enterprise environment.
- Ability to influence and adapt communication across technical, business, and executive audiences.
- Advanced experience with public cloud platforms, Kubernetes, APM and tracing, security, developer experience, and observability.
- Strong technical communication and consultative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience mentoring peers or contributing to team enablement.
- Experience using and scaling AI tooling.
- Willingness to travel as needed for customer engagements.
