Maintain optimal inventory levels and manage materials in ERP/WMS for AI infrastructure manufacturing. Conduct cycle counts, support production floor kitting, and ensure inventory accuracy in a safety-sensitive onsite role.

What You’ll Be Working On
Inventory Transaction Management
- Transact the movement of inventory for multiple projects, ensuring proper documentation (material requisition) is completed and procedures followed
- Manage transactions within the WMS/ERP to match physical movement of goods
- Identify discrepancies and perform root cause analysis
Inventory Control and Accuracy
- Conduct cycle counts to control inventory accuracy and minimize variances
- Perform monthly cycle counts of material
- Ensure adequate inventory of materials and products in accordance with inventory cycles
- Double-check Bill of Materials for projects taken to production
Production Floor Support
- Run parts to the production floor
- Issue parts to jobs per specifications
- Kit jobs for production
- Unbox parts and group like materials on job carts
- Pull sheet metal for CNC operators
ERP System Management
- Use the ERP system to accurately track materials
Inventory Planning and Management
- Assist in planning full inventory annually
- Assist with managing and disposing of surplus materials and scrap
Warehouse Assistance
- Provide assistance to the warehouse including receiving, unloading trucks, cleaning, and lot pickup
What You’ll Bring to the Team
Inventory Control Experience
- 3-5 years of inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to meet physical demands including lifting, lowering, pushing, and pulling materials
Safety and Compliance
- Safety-sensitive position requiring drug and alcohol program participation
