Operations Coordinator, Litigation Support
Coordinates high-volume litigation support workflows remotely, managing tickets, client and vendor communications, milestones, escalations, and case records. Requires legal or operational support experience, strong organization, and familiarity with common legal documents and support platforms.

Responsibilities
- Triage and route incoming litigation support tickets, ensuring prompt resolution and adherence to SLAs.
- Manage phone and Zendesk communications, monitor job milestones, request vendor updates, and keep customers informed.
- Resolve issues cross-functionally and escalate time-sensitive requests to the appropriate person or team.
- Maintain accurate case records, including preventing duplicates and performing proper merges.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and teammates using a hospitality-minded approach.
- Support litigation support projects, including the Guru knowledge base and meeting notes.
- Work Monday through Friday on either a 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. PT or 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. PT schedule.
Requirements
- Operational experience in litigation or legal support.
- Experience managing high-volume, deadline-driven workflows with precision.
- Ability to read and interpret common legal documents, including subpoenas, court filings, notices, and correspondence.
- Strong organization and attention to detail while managing multiple requests.
- Prior experience in legal support, paralegal work, customer service, or operations coordination.

Compensation and Benefits
- $20–$27 per hour, equivalent to $41,600–$56,160 annually.
