Builds scalable channel routes to market across the UK, managing partner relationships, business plans, enablement, co-selling, deal registration, and forecasting. Requires SaaS channel experience, partner recruitment and onboarding expertise, and a demonstrated record of exceeding targets.

Responsibilities
- Own relationships for all partners at a regional level.
- Drive the regional partnering strategy to achieve jointly agreed pipeline generation, enablement, and business objectives.
- Partner with global channel, regional field sales, and technical teams to build joint business plans.
- Lead internal enablement on the partner go-to-market strategy and value proposition.
- Develop and execute business plans with named partner accounts.
- Drive account-mapping activities with partner and company sellers.
- Present updates on regional performance and progress in regional and channel team meetings.
- Share partnering best practices with sellers and specialist teams.
- Influence regional partners’ cloud strategy for targeted accounts.
- Gather account knowledge, including cloud spend, commitments, account information, and billing contacts.
- Serve as the primary contact for partner activity support throughout regional sales cycles.
- Own escalations and ensure challenges are resolved.
- Hold partners accountable to partner rules of engagement.
- Manage partner applications, administration, and reseller agreement processes in collaboration with Legal.
- Deliver first-meeting pitches to partner teams.
- Align with Marketing on regional partner strategy and coordinate field marketing attendance and follow-up.
- Manage available budgets, including spiff promotion and execution.
- Administer incoming ACE deals through Workspan integration with Salesforce and qualify deal registrations.
- Manage deals alongside sellers, track private offers, and coordinate with Partner Operations.
- Support partner-team forecasting and deal management.
- Provide weekly reports and updates to supported teams and leadership.
Requirements
- SaaS channel experience.
- Experience recruiting and onboarding channel partners.
- Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Experience co-selling with partners and account executives to deliver new business.
- Ability to create repeatable partner playbooks, including documenting onboarding processes or standardizing deal-registration workflows.
- Legal right to work in the United Kingdom without visa sponsorship.
Nice-to-haves
- Cloud service provider marketplace experience, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Channel leadership experience, including identifying the right partner for each opportunity and achieving regional objectives.
