Senior Agentic Software Engineer - GTM Intelligence Platform
Build and operate an AI-native GTM intelligence platform that manages lead capture, qualification, routing, consent, and marketing automation while maintaining HubSpot integrations during migration. Responsibilities
- Build a governed lead-ingestion platform for web forms, My OPSWAT, webinars, events, partner sources, and imports, including validation, deduplication, consent, and enrichment.
- Develop AI-native lead qualification, scoring, routing, campaign automation, and explainable decision records.
- Track lead handoffs, surface stalled leads, and provide self-service campaign configuration and preview capabilities.
- Expose platform data and actions through an MCP server for internal agents and assistants.
- Maintain consent and suppression as a single source of truth and stream signals and decisions into OPSWAT Data Master.
- Build reliable integrations with SugarCRM, email service providers, visitor identification, enrichment systems, and My OPSWAT.
- Use OPSWAT's agentic coding platform, own quality and security, and document systems as they are built.
- Maintain HubSpot integrations during migration, including SugarCRM, Salesloft, My OPSWAT, 6sense, web forms, and the Forms API.
- Triage and permanently resolve integration incidents, make controlled HubSpot changes, build the Forms Gateway and interim Salesloft connector, and reconcile data during parallel operation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 6+ years building and operating production backend systems, including at least 3 years with Python.
- Recent daily experience building software with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot agent mode, or Codex.
- Production support experience with a marketing automation platform's integrations, APIs, data model, and CRM synchronization; HubSpot preferred, with Marketo or Pardot considered.
- Experience with event-driven and durable-execution patterns, including message queues, outboxes, idempotency keys, and replay; Temporal or a comparable workflow engine preferred.
- Hands-on experience with vendor APIs, REST, webhooks, OAuth 2.0, rate limits, and retries.
- Strong PostgreSQL experience, including schema design, JSONB, partitioning, Alembic migrations, and query performance.
- Cloud deployment experience on Azure or AWS, including containers, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, secrets management, and observability.
- Experience shipping LLM features with structured outputs, evaluation practices, confidence thresholds, fallbacks, and guardrails.
- Excellent written and spoken English and ability to explain technical trade-offs to marketing operations stakeholders.

- SugarCRM logic hooks and REST API, another CRM server-side extension model, or Salesforce Apex and triggers.
- Marketing technology knowledge, including lead scoring and routing, consent and suppression, deliverability, ESP warm-up, and campaign attribution.
