About the role

What You’ll Do

  • Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of our web applications.
  • UI/UX Design: Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing, user-friendly, and accessible UI/UX. Ensure seamless end-to-end experience.
  • Backend API Development: Architect, design, and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Collaboration & Mentorship: Work with cross-functional teams; mentor junior developers.
  • Product Sense: Contribute to product strategy based on technical feasibility and user experience.
  • Code Quality & Testing: Write clean, testable code; ensure reliability and performance.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize front-end and back-end performance.
  • Agile Development: Participate in sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and code reviews.

What We Look For

  • 5+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Passion for user experience and front-end architecture.
  • Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
  • 5+ years with server-side technologies (e.g., Java, Python, Scala, Go).
  • Good knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience developing large-scale distributed systems.
