What You’ll Do
- Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of our web applications.
- UI/UX Design: Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing, user-friendly, and accessible UI/UX. Ensure seamless end-to-end experience.
- Backend API Development: Architect, design, and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Collaboration & Mentorship: Work with cross-functional teams; mentor junior developers.
- Product Sense: Contribute to product strategy based on technical feasibility and user experience.
- Code Quality & Testing: Write clean, testable code; ensure reliability and performance.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize front-end and back-end performance.
- Agile Development: Participate in sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and code reviews.
What We Look For
- 5+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Passion for user experience and front-end architecture.
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- 5+ years with server-side technologies (e.g., Java, Python, Scala, Go).
- Good knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience developing large-scale distributed systems.
