Responsibilities
- Build enterprise capabilities that enable large organizations to securely adopt, administer, and scale CustomerLake products.
- Design and develop permissions, roles, and access-control systems for complex enterprise environments.
- Build auditability and governance capabilities for visibility into user activity, configuration changes, and sensitive operations.
- Develop pricing, entitlement, usage, and product controls for managing product consumption across teams and users.
- Design scalable backend services, APIs, and data models powering administrative experiences.
- Translate Data, IT, Security, and Platform administrator requirements into reliable product experiences.
- Build systems balancing flexibility and ease of use with enterprise expectations for security, compliance, control, and reliability.
- Own projects end to end, from architecture and technical design through implementation, launch, and iteration.
- Partner with product management, design, security, infrastructure, and engineering teams on enterprise product strategy.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience building and shipping production systems.
- Deep backend engineering experience, with the ability to work across the full stack and own features end to end.
- Experience building enterprise SaaS products or working on enterprise-focused engineering teams.
- Experience with permissions and access controls, authorization systems, audit logs, entitlements, pricing or usage controls, governance, security, or administrative tooling.
- Experience designing scalable backend services, APIs, data models, and distributed systems.
- Understanding of the needs of Data, IT, Security, or Platform administrators in large organizations.
- Product mindset and ability to turn complex enterprise requirements into pragmatic solutions.
- High ownership and bias for action in 0-to-1 environments.
- Strong experience with server-side technologies such as Java, Python, Scala, Go, Node.js, or C++.
- Experience with modern frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Compensation
- Local pay range: $164,200–$225,700 USD.
- Total compensation may also include an annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.
