Build and lead customer integrations, translating business requirements into scalable API solutions while supporting technical discovery, demos, implementations, and post-sale success. The role requires software development or integration experience, strong API expertise, client-facing communication, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities
- Engage with prospects and clients to understand requirements and propose tailored technical solutions.
- Lead technical discovery conversations and product demonstrations.
- Translate business challenges into product configurations, data integrations, and implementation plans.
- Support RFPs and security questionnaires with technical and compliance-related responses.
- Own integrations end-to-end, from pre-sales design through implementation and post-sale success.
- Act as a technical bridge between clients, engineers, product teams, sales, and customer success.
- Ensure seamless API integrations and contribute to customer-driven product roadmaps.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in software development, integrations, APIs, system interoperability, or related work.
- Strong experience with RESTful APIs, authentication methods, and data formats such as JSON and XML.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working directly with enterprise clients and understanding their operational constraints.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions with incomplete information.
- Strong ownership from solution design through implementation and post-sale success.
- Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and integration platforms.
- Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
