Responsibilities
- Understand customers’ AI strategies and business-critical challenges; translate requirements into Celonis-based solutions.
- Build and code solutions using the Celonis platform, SQL, PQL, Python, and AI/ML technologies.
- Rapidly prototype solutions during customer hackathons using generative AI and related technologies.
- Support customers in deploying autonomous AI agents with Celonis Process Intelligence and achieving measurable business outcomes.
- Execute business-critical Proof-of-Value projects end to end.
- Develop domain or industry expertise, such as supply chain.
- Present and quantify strategic business value to senior executives.
- Remain involved through agreed adoption and value-realization thresholds.
- Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools for the Global Value Engineering Center of Excellence.
- Participate in the 12-month Orbit Graduate Program, including onboarding, mentorship, customer engagements, and targeted training.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
- Excellent academic performance.
- Extensive internship experience or 1–2 years of full-time work experience, ideally at the intersection of business and technology.
- Understanding of generative AI techniques, including RAG, few-shot learning, prompt or context engineering, multimodal understanding, fine-tuning, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Good knowledge of Python, common ML libraries, and data engineering tools and technologies.
- Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, communication, presentation, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Customer-centric mindset, business acumen, curiosity, self-motivation, and commitment to continuous learning.
- Fluency in English; Korean is additionally required for the Korean market.
- Willingness for an initial 12-month onboarding period in a global hub before relocating to a local APAC office.

- Experience building agentic systems using LLM orchestration, RAG, function calling, or prompt engineering.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or other open-source LLM packages.
- Supply chain process experience, including procurement, order management, inventory management, or production.
- Experience modeling ROI and TCO for business cases.
- Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP systems.
