Responsibilities
- Understand customers’ AI strategies and business-critical challenges; translate requirements into Celonis Process Intelligence solutions.
- Build and code solutions using the Celonis platform, SQL, PQL, and Python.
- Rapidly prototype AI solutions during customer hackathons and proof-of-value projects.
- Help customers deploy autonomous AI agents and achieve measurable ROI at scale.
- Execute end-to-end Proof-of-Value projects aligned with customer AI strategies.
- Specialize in business domains or industries and contribute reusable best practices, collateral, and tools.
- Present and quantify strategic business value to senior executives.
- Support projects through agreed value and adoption thresholds.
- Develop customer relationships, manage accounts, and collaborate with local field teams.
Requirements
- Degree in engineering, data analytics/science, computer science, mathematics, or a related STEM field.
- Excellent academic performance.
- Extensive internship experience or 1–2 years of full-time work experience.
- Understanding of generative AI techniques, including RAG, few-shot learning, prompt/context engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, or fine-tuning.
- Good knowledge of Python, common machine-learning libraries, and data-engineering tools.
- Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Customer-centric mindset and confidence presenting to diverse audiences.
- Foundational business acumen and domain understanding, such as supply chain.
- Fluency in English and French.
Nice to Have
- Combined technical and business education.
- Customer-facing, customer success, service, or sales experience.
- Technical proof-of-concept experience.
- Experience building agentic systems using LLM orchestration, RAG, function calling, and prompt engineering.
- LangChain, LlamaIndex, or other open-source LLM ecosystem tools.
- Supply chain experience in procurement, order management, inventory management, or production.
- ROI and TCO modeling experience.
- SAP or Oracle ERP experience.
