Associate Solution Consultant - Orbit Program
Build and prototype AI-powered Celonis solutions, lead Proof-of-Value engagements, and present business impact to strategic customers. The role is designed for graduates or candidates with internships or 1–2 years of experience who are fluent in English and French and have STEM and generative AI knowledge.

Responsibilities
- Discover customers’ AI strategies and business-critical challenges, identify problem-solution fit, and translate requirements into Celonis solutions.
- Build and code solutions on the Celonis platform using SQL, PQL, and Python.
- Rapidly prototype AI solutions during customer hackathons.
- Help customers transition from rule-based automation to autonomous AI agents powered by the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
- Execute business-critical Proof-of-Value projects end to end and align solutions with customers’ AI strategies.
- Present and quantify strategic business value to senior executives.
- Remain involved through agreed value-realization and adoption thresholds.
- Develop domain or industry expertise and create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools.
- Manage customer accounts and support successful implementation, adoption, and value realization.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics or Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
- Excellent academic performance.
- Extensive internship experience or 1–2 years of full-time work experience, ideally at the intersection of business and technology.
- Understanding of generative AI techniques, including RAG, few-shot learning, prompt or context engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, and fine-tuning.
- Good knowledge of Python, common machine-learning libraries, and data-engineering tools and technologies.
- Excellent analytical, creative problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Customer-centric mindset, proactive approach, curiosity, self-motivation, and commitment to continuous learning.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Foundational business acumen and domain understanding, such as supply chain.
Nice-to-haves
- Combined technical and business education.
- Customer-facing, customer success, service, or sales experience.
- Hands-on technical proof-of-concept experience.
- Experience building agentic systems using LLM orchestration, RAG, function calling, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or other open-source LLM packages.
- Supply chain process experience, including procurement, order management, inventory management, or production.
- Experience modeling ROI and TCO for business cases.
- Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP systems.
