Leads the architecture and delivery of sales data models and production AI agents that improve CRM workflows for sales and revenue teams. Requires 10+ years of engineering experience, deep CRM platform expertise, and experience with permissioned writes and human-in-the-loop agent systems.

Responsibilities
- Lead modeling of sales and CRM objects, relationships, and history into representations that agents can reliably reason over.
- Lead development of production agents for sales representatives, sales management, and revenue operations.
- Define and lead implementation of write paths back to systems of record, including permissions, validation, idempotency, auditing, and human approval.
- Define and lead initial use cases built on sales data and agents.
- Partner with product management, design, and engineering teams to build intuitive, scalable, and extensible solutions.
- Create interfaces for generative-AI agents that manage complex workflows with inspectability, transparency, and human oversight.
Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering experience, including technical leadership on complex enterprise software projects.
- Deep hands-on knowledge of at least one major CRM data model and platform, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot.
- Understanding of CRM objects, sharing and permission models, history tables, bulk and change-data APIs, and platform limits.
- Practical understanding of how sales representatives and managers use CRM tools, including forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and territory data challenges.
- Experience shipping production agents with tool use, permissioned writes, and human-in-the-loop review.
- Ability to make pragmatic trade-offs, operate with incomplete information, and drive projects from concept through launch and adoption.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across product, engineering, and design.
- Product mindset and ability to translate ambiguous customer problems into MVPs and iterate using data and user feedback.
Nice to Have
- Technical and people leadership experience, such as serving as a technical lead manager.
- Experience building revenue operations, forecasting, or CPQ-adjacent products.
- Experience working in-house on a Salesforce platform team or at a systems integrator.
Compensation
- Local pay range: $190,900–$253,750 USD.
- Total compensation may also include an annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.
