- Serve as the technical leader for the Procurement, Bill Pay, and Banking product areas.
- Drive hands-on technical architecture and design for large-scale, fault-tolerant systems that handle money movement.
- Translate business objectives into technical roadmaps and execute high-impact projects.
- Lead and mentor engineers across the team.
- Improve engineering quality, processes, and systems for mission-critical financial products.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong track record in full-stack development and building products end-to-end.
- Experience designing large-scale, fault-tolerant systems from scratch.
- Ability to balance business objectives with technical decisions.
- Ability to solve ambiguous problems with high agency and take ownership of outcomes.
- Proficiency with modern coding languages and AI tools.
- Ability to learn new skills and technologies quickly.
- Experience resolving blockers, improving team processes, and mentoring engineers.
