Responsibilities
- Design and build decision logic for staffing recommendations, alerts, and workflows.
- Own systems that balance staffing rules, hospital policies, patient needs, and operational constraints.
- Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to build complex, user-friendly software.
- Work directly with clinical leaders to understand staffing decisions.
- Build explainable software that shows why it reached a recommendation, enabling users to trust, validate, or override it.
- Define the boundary between automation and human judgment to safely automate hospital operations.
- Continuously improve the system using customer feedback, production data, and real-world outcomes.
Requirements
