Senior Enterprise Engineer
The Senior Enterprise Engineer builds and operates internal identity, SaaS, endpoint, and employee-lifecycle platforms using infrastructure as code, automation, and operational best practices. The role requires senior-level engineering experience with IAM integrations, CI/CD, APIs, and cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement foundational enterprise services, including identity and access management, SaaS integrations, mobile device management (MDM), endpoint platforms, and internal tooling.
- Build and evolve infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and configuration-as-code patterns, including reusable modules and templates.
- Automate employee lifecycle workflows such as onboarding, transfers, and offboarding, along with RBAC/SCIM provisioning and policy enforcement.
- Define and measure SLOs for internal services; create dashboards, alerts, and runbooks; participate in incident response and on-call for enterprise platforms.
- Partner with Security, Finance, Legal, and Procurement on SaaS governance, license optimization, and risk controls.
- Deliver cross-functional initiatives end to end, including specifications, stakeholder alignment, launch risk reduction, documentation, and durable implementation.
Requirements
- Proven impact delivering multi-stakeholder engineering projects that improve reliability, efficiency, or employee experience at scale.
- Hands-on infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD experience, including Terraform and modern pipelines.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management, including SSO, SAML, OIDC, SCIM provisioning, RBAC, and ABAC.
- Experience building API-based automations and internal tooling for systems such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian.
- Operational excellence, including defining SLOs, building dashboards, alerts, and runbooks, and participating in on-call and incident response.
- Clear communication and documentation skills, with effective collaboration across Security, Finance, Legal, and Platform teams.
- Ability to work from or relocate to New York City or Pittsburgh.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience implementing SaaS governance and license optimization programs.
- Experience building joiner/mover/leaver automation at scale, including data pipelines and policy guardrails.
- Experience establishing engineering standards for internal platforms, including module libraries, templates, checkers, and documentation patterns.
- Ownership of MDM/endpoint platforms and fleet-level automation for security and compliance baselines.
- Incident leadership experience for enterprise systems and post-incident improvements.
Compensation
- Base salary range: $162,400–$219,700 USD.
- Equity compensation supplements base salary.
