Responsibilities
- Own the GTM systems architecture strategy across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Business Development, and Solutions Engineering.
- Lead AI transformation across GTM, identifying opportunities for AI agents, automation, and intelligent workflows from lead-to-cash through renewal and expansion.
- Improve the reliability, performance, and adoption of existing systems while identifying and prioritizing new capabilities.
- Maintain a clean, enriched, consistently mapped data foundation with appropriate governance and security protocols.
- Align stakeholders around a scalable GTM systems architecture strategy.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of developers and engineers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience working with fast-paced companies and delivering high-impact, cross-functional projects.
- 5+ years leading and developing high-performing technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to design reliable, cohesive, well-documented systems that scale.
- Deep understanding of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success business motions.
- Hands-on experience applying AI tools, agents, and automation to GTM workflows.
- Experience managing complex, multi-system GTM technology stacks, including CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, and sales engagement tools.
- Product-owner mindset focused on usability, design, and long-term maintainability.
- Ability to gain cross-functional consensus and lead major change initiatives.
- Comfortable with both strategic planning and detailed execution.
Compensation and Benefits
- On-target earnings or base salary range for San Francisco, CA: $240,000–$282,000 USD annually.
