- Build production systems involving LLMs, agentic architectures, retrieval systems, and evaluation frameworks.
- Identify customer problems that AI can uniquely solve and partner with Product to shape product direction.
- Lead ambiguous 0-to-1 technical initiatives from concept through production.
- Define technical primitives and patterns for other engineers to build on.
- Drive technical alignment across teams and bring stakeholders along.
- Apply pragmatic engineering judgment, balancing speed and quality.
- Own initiatives with urgency and a bias toward action.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience building production systems.
- Deep hands-on expertise with LLMs, agentic architectures, retrieval systems, and evaluation frameworks.
- Strong product intuition and ability to identify AI-enabled customer opportunities.
- Proven experience leading 0-to-1 technical initiatives.
- Ability to drive cross-team technical alignment.
- Founder mentality, ownership, and urgency.
Compensation and Benefits
- Targeted cash compensation: $195,500–$264,500.
