Responsibilities
- Design and build decision logic for staffing recommendations, alerts, and workflows.
- Own systems that balance staffing rules, hospital policies, patient needs, and operational constraints.
- Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to build complex, customer-friendly software.
- Work directly with clinical leaders to understand staffing decisions.
- Build explainable software that helps users trust, validate, or override recommendations.
- Define the boundary between automation and human judgment as hospital operations become more automated.
- Improve the system using customer feedback, production data, and real-world outcomes.
