Responsibilities
- Own and improve core components of the deployment motion, such as scoping methodology, migration readiness, and product requirements pipelines.
- Diagnose deployment timeline, cost, and quality issues using engagement data, retrospectives, and direct observation.
- Model future operational needs as deployment volume scales and identify constraints requiring early investment.
- Define priorities, timelines, and success metrics, and drive execution across Product and delivery teams.
- Carry one or two customer-facing engagements to validate deployment processes and recommendations.
- Translate engagement patterns into prioritized product requirements with Product and Engineering.
- Help hire, onboard, and ramp engagement team members while codifying best practices.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, product management, and/or founder/operator roles at high-growth startups.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience designing and implementing durable processes or systems.
- Strong technical intuition, demonstrated by a STEM degree or equivalent technical background.
- Ability to operate autonomously and exercise sound judgment in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Ability to manage complex projects end-to-end in client-facing settings.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel approximately once per month for approximately three days.
- Willingness to work in person at the office four to five days per week.
Compensation and Benefits
- Associate salary: $110,000–$130,000.
- Senior Associate salary: $120,000–$170,000.
