Responsibilities

  • Run and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, and X; manage budgets, test creative, drive down CAC.
  • Manage paid media agency relationship: set priorities, review performance, decide outsourcing vs. in-house.
  • Scale campaigns from self-serve developers to large enterprise buyers.
  • Test 10+ new ad concepts per week, iterate with designer and creative partners.
  • Stand up new channels (programmatic, podcast ads, CTV) as core channels prove out.

Requirements

  • Channel operator: Hands-on in-platform campaign management, good campaign structure, troubleshoot conversion tracking.
  • AI-native: Use latest AI tools to automate work faster and higher quality.
  • Analytically rigorous: Measure incrementality with statistical significance.
  • Creative marketer: Ideate campaigns, creative angles, resonant copy.
